Research project - Stage 3

The data you collected in the second stage will help to design this part of the project. The analysis can derive from customer reviews, opinions or information from press articles, where both internal aspects (strengths and weaknesses) and external aspects (opportunities and threats) will be drawn from.     SWOT is an acronym that stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats, and it is an essential component of your project.. Any new project has to include on their marketing program SWOT analisis, because this is the only way to know all your real strengths and weaknesses and how this can affect you in a positive way or negative.
    The SWOT analysis also get focus on the enviroment close to the business, SWOT analisi also has to play attention on the offer of the competitors of the brands for study which kind of services or things they have and you don´t to offer to the guests for don´t go behind them in offer.

    STRENGTHS BUILD:

    Location: It’s important because brings the people the facilities to move by the city on the easiest way

    Low cost: it’s cheap to get it.

    Connection: you have close to the hotel a lot of transport services. (Taxi, Train, Metro, Bus)

    Parking: if you come by car, you have a parking to leave the car while you are resting at the hotel or moving by the city.

    OPPORTUNITIES INVEST

    Few competitors: No competitors or similar business next to the hotel.

    International city: you have tourism and visitors the whole year.

    Small Hotel: You can bring personal experience to each guest.

    Not necessarily a high capital: you don’t need so much money to open a hotel like this.

    WEAKNESSES SHORE UP

    Small rooms: sometimes could be annoying to have no space in your own room.

    No attention 24H: if something happens, you can have some trouble contacting any worker of the hotel.

    Little Bathrooms: sometimes could be annoying to have not so much space in the bathroom and could be dangerous for the guests.

    Negative press: bad reviews are always bad when you have to take a decision to choose a hotel in another city.

    Excess Booking: you can not hold so much booking because of the size.

    Noises: noises are a big problem for the rest of the guests.

    Small hotel: you can not hold so much booking because of the size and the guests can be frustrated because of the size of the rooms.

    Conclusion.
    As a final conclusion from the previous analysis, it must be taken into account that the Ding Dong hotel offers very positive points and negative points.
    As a positive aspect we have identified that one of the hotel's strengths is its location, the ability to be fairly close to almost any area of ​​the city makes it a choice to be taken into account in addition to the multiple variety of public transport services it offers for being able to move around the city.
    As negative aspects, we have realized that what has left customers most dissatisfied has been, above all, the crowded and scarce space offered by the rooms, generating inconvenience to the comfort of the guests, in addition to the poor insulation offered by the rooms to reduce noise pollution. Depending on the tastes and priorities of the clients, the Ding Dong Hotel could be a very good or very bad accommodation option.
