I think that victor has a good behaviour in his interview, because he seems to be really interested in the work and worried to be the profile that the interviewers need for the job. I think he's wrong when he asks interviewers if they can ask him another question, because you always have to answer, and show your capacity to have a quick reaction when you don't know what to say. VERY GOOD VICTOR, GOOD BOY
The interview was not ready to be improvised and is quite good, especially the facility for answering the questions of the interviewers. They should improve their fluency.
Victor was a good interviewee but he could say more qualities that he has. He was very nervous but he answered all the questions very well. The last thing, I think that for a real interview he has to preparate more the interview and know more the company.
in my opinion is a good interview, but the interviewers maybe should make a question in other language to analize the level, for example. But in general is a good interview.

In my oppinion, it was a good interview but there are some aspects that the person interviewed could improve it. These are:
Be more attend to the questions in the interview to answer them properly and don't laught or make questions to the interviewers.
Did he get the job? I hope he does because he will provide a lot energy to the company. By the way Victor must stop drinking red bull/monster.
